Is there a deposit?

Is there a deposit?
Yes, there is a deposit and is based on screening of your application.
Will there be Resident Assistants in the building?
Staff members will reside in Titan Court, including a Resident Director. These employees will be available at various times to help residents and provide activities throughout your residency.
What is the Cancellation Policy?
30 Day Notice is Required
The acceptance of The Cancellation/ Termination Agreement Before Occupancy results in the following penalties if written notification of cancellation is received in Titan Court Leasing Office by the dates indicated.
Fall Semester
- · Before August 1st- The Resident will be assessed a cancellation/termination fee of $750.
- · On or after August 1st- The Resident will be assessed a cancellation/termination fee of $1,000.
Winter Semester
- · Before December 1st- The Resident will be assessed a cancellation/termination fee of $750.
- · On or after December 1st- The Resident will be assessed a cancellation/termination fee of $1,000
Spring Semester
- Before February 1st- Resident will be assessed a cancellation/termination fee of $750.
- On or after February 1st- Resident will be assessed a cancellation/termination fee of $1,000.
Summer Semester
- Before May 1st- Resident will be assessed a cancellation/termination fee of $750.
- On or after May 1st- Resident will be assessed a cancellation/termination fee of $1,000.
What is the Application Fee?
The application fee is $65 per applicant and is nonrefundable and nontransferable.
What if I don't know anyone to share my unit with?
| You do not need to know someone to sign a Residential Housing Agreement to live in Titan Court. We match you with other students who are also looking for suitemates. It is a great way to meet people and make new friends! |
What is the application process?
| When you submit an application, you are letting Servitas Management Group know that you are interested in living at Titan Court. There is no official or binding agreement between you and Titan Court with just your application. Fees associated with your application are non-refundable and non-transferable. When you sign a Student Housing Licensing Agreement, you are signing a legally binding contract to reside in Titan Court for the full term of the Agreement, which is clearly listed on the Agreement. If during your occupancy, you cannot meet the requirements of the Student Housing Licensing Agreement that you signed, you must submit a Petition for License Agreement Cancellation form to Titan Court Management Office. Review the Student Housing Licensing Agreement carefully with anyone you need to consult about your decision, such as your parent or guardian. |
