If you are applying for Spring or Summer housing, choose "Spring and Summer Only (01/02/2025-8/31/2026)".

If you are applying for Fall 2026 housing or renewing your current housing, choose " Annual (09/19/2026-8/31/2027)".

Applicants will be financially responsible for their own lease and provide income information, please see Rental Criteria for income requirements.
Pricing is subject to change based on availability and velocity. Your pricing and space are not guaranteed until the leasing process has been completed and approved by both you and the leasing team.

*If you are a Lane CC International Student please select Annual (09/19/2026-8/31/2027) to apply. Effective Fall 2026, all housing payments will be made directly to “Titan Court.”
